Entry in
this competition is not permitted for those who are employed by Murder to
Order, Murder Mystery Parties, are relatives of employees by birth or
marriage or to those who have participated in test plays conducted directly
by Murder to Order, Murder Mystery Parties.

Only one
entry per email address is permitted. Entrants are welcome to invite others
to enter. This will not give them any right to copies of the kit should
someone that they have invited wins the competition.

The winner
of this competition will receive at no charge the first publicly released
copy of any kit created as a result of this competition. This kit cannot be
resold or reprinted without the express permission of Murder to Order,
Murder Mystery Parties.

The winner
of this competition may be required to consult with Murder to Order, Murder
Mystery Parties in order to facilitate the production of the kit. This may
take the form of email correspondence, telephone conversations and any other
form of communication deemed appropriate by both the winner and Murder to
Order, Murder Mystery Parties.

Murder to
Order, Murder Mystery Parties will select a winner on or at any time before
the 31st September 2006. We may choose to select more than one winner in which
case all winners will receive at no charge the first publicly released copy
of any kit created as a result of this competition. In this instance we may
or may not liaise with more than one winner in order to create the kit.

All Murder
Mystery Party kits written as a result of this competition remain the
property of Murder to Order, Murder Mystery Parties.

The winner
of this competition is decided by Murder to Order, Murder Mystery Parties
and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner
of this competition is not granted editorial control or the right of final
approval over the production of the kit. Murder to Order, Murder Mystery
Parties will retain creative control at all times.

Entrants
must remain on the mailing list of Murder to Order, Murder Mystery Parties
throughout the duration of the competition.

We reserve
the right to change these terms and conditions at any time as we see fit
without prior notice. All competition entrants will be notified by email of
any and all changes within 3 working days of changes being made. It is the
responsibility of competition entrants to notify Murder to Order, Murder
Mystery Parties of any changes to email addresses.
